Independent Review of Social Work Regulation

On 5 November, the government announced a call for evidence in Dame Annie Hudson's Independent Review of Social Work Regulation. The review is described as 'an independent review of social work regulation, including the establishment of Social Work England and its first 5 years of operation'.  The timeframe for this is quite tight, with responses closing on 26 November 2025.
