Regulating supported accommodation for looked after children and care leavers aged 16 and 17 – Government consultation

On 5 December 2022, the Department for Education launched a consultation into its proposed quality standards for supported accommodation for 16 and 17-year-olds. The consultation also has draft standards for such accommodation. The consultation is very short, particularly including the Christmas and New Year holidays, with responses due by 16 January 2023 on 97 pages of documents.
