This course will assist you to understand what out-of-court process options are available to parents and how they fit in with the court process.

It will share the skills and approaches used to work with High Conflict parents.

It will analyze communication styles and refresh communication skills for orking with parents.

There will be a focused discussion on the law relating to parental alientation and the court's approach.
