Nagalro met with members of Professor Munro's implementation team in July 2011 and raised a number of practice issues with the team.
One was the difficulties created by computerised recording systems which impede Children's Guardian's access to Local Authority files, particularly in the light of Mr Justice Baker's recent judgment, Kent CC v A Mother [2011] EWHC 402 (Fam). Nagalro gave Professor Munro's team a copy of this judgment.
